The Doris Street upgrade was designed to modernise a busy local road and create a safe pedestrian
connection in Picnic Point. Serving local households, commuters, and the wider Canterbury Bankstown community, the works were completed within Council’s program timeframe and
included six weeks of post-construction landscape maintenance to ensure the new green spaces
flourished.
